I first discovered poffertjes at a local festival in Bedfordshire many years ago, and instantly fell in love. With the support of my family — my husband (100% Dutch!) and our two children — I launched Little Dutch Bites in September 2021.
Being half Dutch myself, serving this traditional treat feels like sharing a piece of home. Our poffertjes are all made vegan, with gluten-free options too, ensuring everyone can enjoy these delicious Dutch treats.
